 Rental Information

 PAYMENT & INSURANCE:

• Rental rates for classes run $40 - $60 per hour. For auditions, rehearsals, and filming, please contact us for a quote.
• Private classes: PRIOR to time scheduled
• Recurring classes: FIRST OF MONTH, for classes scheduled that month
• Make checks payable to:
• Teachers must carry liability insurance
• No injured or disabled students may take classes
• Building is insured against defects
• Mail: The Dancers' Studio, 5772 W. Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90019
  Drop off: Same building as studio, in the front mail chute

 RESTRICTIONS:

• NO tap, metal, or floor marking shoes
• NO equipment that marks or affects the floor

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teachers must publicize and insure their own classes
• Drinking cups, paper products, and maintenance are provided
• Energy: use as little heat/light/electricity as possible
• Before leaving: turn off lights, equipment; shut windows
• Do not allow students to litter or loiter
• Parking should allow residents space near their homes
• Do not block alleys
• Emphasize parking on Pico Blvd., when possible
• Be courteous to nearby residents
• Scheduling assumes the teacher agrees to these rules

• Refer to studio schedule for available times
• Find an open time, allow 15 minutes before/after scheduled classes
